2026 general vendor information 

Event Dates:

November 21 & 22, 2026

Fiber Fair hours:

Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 10am-5pm

BOOTH FEES and INFO:

ALL vendor booths, regardless of size, include the following basic amenities: 

  • Electricity

  • Wi-fi

  • Tall drape in the back of the booth and short drape on the sides.

  • Pre-paid parking for one vehicle for 2 days (Sat and Sun)

  • Access to vendor lounge

 

Additional info per booth size:

 

10’ x 10’ booth: $550

  • All basic amenities plus:

  • One 6’x30” rectangular table and two chairs.  Table covering not included.

  • Vendor badges for 2 people plus one extra if you sign up to host a mini demo or workshop.

 

10’ x 15’ booth: $775

  • All basic amenities plus:

  • One 6’x30” rectangular table and two chairs.  Table covering not included.

  • Vendor badges for 3 people plus one extra if you sign up to host a mini demo or workshop.

 

10’ x 20’ booth: $1,000

  • All basic amenities plus:

  • Two 6’x30” rectangular tables and four chairs.  Table covering not included.

  • Vendor badges for 4 people plus one extra if you sign up to host a mini demo or workshop.

 

10’ x 30’ booth: $1,500

  • All basic amenities plus:

  • Three 6’x30” rectangular tables and six chairs.  Table covering not included.

  • Vendor badges for 6 people plus one extra if you sign up to host a mini demo or workshop.

 

There will be an option to rent additional tables and chairs.  Tables $12 each.  Chairs $2 each.

 

NOTE: Is this your first time vending at a large event?  We’re happy to welcome you with a 20% discount! Let us know if you're a brand-new vendor and we'll give you 20% off a single 10'x10' booth space.

Vendor applications will remain open until July 1, 2026 or spaces are filled, whichever comes first.

 

After receiving your vendor application, the SoCal Fiber Fair team will contact you (via the provided email address) within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes this email goes into junk mail- Please check your spam folder for an email from vendor@socalfiberfair.com . If you haven't heard back from us after two weeks, feel free to reach out via email.

 

Booth fees are due within 7 days of acceptance of application. Space is not reserved until contract is signed and booth fees are paid in full.  

BOOTHSHARING / SUBLETTING:

Vendors may not share the same booth space with another vendor without prior approval from the Fiber Fair team.  Both vendors must submit applications.

ELECTRICAL AND WI-FI:

These services are included as a courtesy. Electrical outlets are IN the floor. Bring an extension cord if you need electrical, just in case the outlet is not near you. The onsite venue team will be on hand to remedy any problems that may arise. The Fiber Fair team cannot be held responsible for any possible outages that may occur.

LODGING, TRAILER, AND RV INFO:

The Sheraton Hotel is on the same grounds and within walking distance of the event.  The Fairplex RV Park is located across the street.  Call for pricing and availability at both facilities.

Many more hotels can be found in the surrounding communities and near Ontario Airport (approximately 20 minutes away). 

MOVE IN and OUT:

Move in will be Friday Nov. 20 from 10am – 5pm ONLY.  Please unload and move your vehicle as quickly as possible so others may share the space.  Be prepared to unload and load your vehicle on your own. 

 

Move out will be immediately after the event on Sunday Nov. 22 from 5:01 pm – 9pm. EVERYTHING must be out of the building by 9pm.  

REFUND POLICY:

If a vendor cancels for any reason up to Oct. 1, 2026, a full refund of booth fees minus a $50 processing fee will be issued. Cancellations after October 1, 2026, will receive no refund. If a vendor is asked to leave the Fiber Fair for any reason, no refunds will be given.

PARKING: 

Trailer parking is provided free of charge.  Every booth includes pre-paid parking for one vehicle for both days of the event. Additional regular parking per vehicle (vendors and attendees) is $22 per day.  This fee is set by and collected by the venue and is non-negotiable.
