Woven Bird Ornament
Join Marla as she teaches you how to weave with a Zoom Loom (portable mini loom) and leads you through making a cute ornament.  This little bird uses only a single square!  It can be a cardinal, bluebird, or peacock, depending on yarn and embellishments used.  Make one or a whole flock.  This class is fast paced; suitable for enthusiastic beginners or those with a basic knowledge of weaving.
 
Note: Bring a Zoom Loom with accessories if you have one.  Instructor will contact students to arrange loaning looms to those who need them for the class.

Class Fee: $60
Other supplies needed: 10 yards of worsted weight yarn or purchase kit.
Materials fee: $5 for a kit (or bring your own yarn)

Instructor Bio: Marla has taught at various events including DFW Fiberfest, Fiber Fun in the Sip, Houston Quilt festival, Fiber Christmas in July, Longmont Yarn Shop, a variety of guilds, retreats, regional festivals, and local yarn shops.
