SoCal Fiber Fair is proud to be a traditional fiber lover’s event with lots of great shopping and a place to gather with friends. We’re also proud of what makes us a little different: live music, a community coloring page and puzzle table, scavenger hunt, free beanie pattern, fashion show, photo booth, fun food, and so much more! Tradition…with a bit of a twist.
 
This year’s design offers up a bit of traditional Fair Isle inspiration (a nod to our Scottish heritage) with a heavy dose of playful stripes and a fun zig-zag . The stranded colorwork works up quickly and is easy enough for beginners. Have fun using your favorite colors: traditional, super bright, subtle, or funky. It’s up to you! Maybe you have a tradition of using the same colors for each SCFF beanie. How fun! You can even add your own twist by using two or three colors instead of four.
