Creating an Event Plaid
This inspired and fun crochet class is based on creating a plaid for an event that you want to celebrate; Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, Baby being born and more. The numbers in your special date determine how many yarns you need and how many rows are worked. We’ll start by creating a crocheted mesh for a scarf using the different yarns and afterwards we create the plaid. You’ll have the great beginnings of a scarf to complete at home. Bags of assorted yarns will be available to use. Or bring your own favorite colors.

Other supplies needed: Assorted Tunisian crochet hooks F-I and any other yarns you might want to use. Assorted stitch markers. Tapestry needles. Scissors.
